No. PourPoint.AI runs in a web browser on a computer or tablet you already have. A standard USB barcode scanner works for products and licenses.
The register keeps taking sales and saves them. They sync as soon as the connection is back.
Not yet. Every store already carries its own state's rules, and New Jersey is the first state that's ready, with its ABC rules and Current Price Lists. More states are on the way. Ask on your demo.
No. Only product facts like barcode, size and brand are shared. Your prices, costs, stock and sales are private to your store.
Yes. PourPoint.AI works with Stripe smart readers: the register sends the amount to the reader, the customer taps or inserts, and the sale closes on its own. If you keep another terminal, you can still record its card payments by hand.
You don't have to. PourPoint.AI keeps double-entry books for you, with profit and loss, a balance sheet and a trial balance. If you already use QuickBooks, connect QuickBooks Online and your books go there every night, or download a file for QuickBooks Desktop.
Not by itself. Shailesh AI only reads your numbers to answer questions. Larry AI can prepare a draft order and suggest checks to write, but nothing is sent or paid until the owner approves it. Lazy AI shows you each change first and saves nothing until you tap Confirm.
